Sara Hopper brings a thoughtful, intuitive approach to family law, grounded in her remarkable ability to truly listen. Throughout her career, Sara has represented individuals in a wide spectrum of family law matters, including divorce, parenting and custody disputes, support issues, property division, and adoption. Ruth D. Richards

Ruth Richards is a Family Law lawyer, known for her composed presence, strategic clarity, and unwavering advocacy in high-conflict divorce, support, and parenting matters. Her academic foundation, shaped by Ontario Tech University, Centennial College, and the University of Leicester gives her a sophisticated, globally informed perspective that elevates every client experience. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2016, Ruth articled at a boutique Toronto Family Law firm, where she later became an associate then a partner, before founding her own practice, where her vision and leadership define the standard of care.
Known for her ability to bring calm to complexity, Ruth guides clients through emotionally charged disputes with discretion, precision, and a deeply human touch. She is equally adept in mediation, arbitration, and litigation, and has represented clients at all levels of Ontario courts, including the Court of Appeal. Her Jamaican upbringing enriches her practice with cultural fluency, allowing her to support a diverse range of clients with warmth, respect, and intuitive understanding.
Beyond her work, Ruth finds joy in life’s quieter luxuries; hiking with her goldendoodle Rupert, travelling, baking, and unwinding with puzzles that mirror her love for thoughtful problem‑solving.
